FAQ's (frequently asked questions)

Q. Are you organic?

A. Our cattle are naturally reared, in keeping with with traditional methods, and we would not have to change anything to become organic. The only difference would be the payment to the Soil Association and the paperwork involved.

Q. Why do you not offer rib on the bone?

A. It is sold by weight so you would be paying for something that you would be most likely to throw away.

Q. Why can't you always supply a box immediately?

A. Because we do not hurry our traditional finishing and maturing process aimed at ensuring our beef reaches you at its peak of flavour and tenderness; orders placed may not be available for immediate delivery or collection.
